Because many of our products feature natural wood materials, variations in wood grain, texture, tone, pattern, and natural markings may occur. These variations are part of the natural characteristics of wood and mean that individual products may not look exactly identical to product photographs.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Coeot reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including the product, wood finish, color, size, dimensions, quantity, and shipping information, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Coeot.

NATURAL WOOD PRODUCTS MAY DISPLAY VARIATIONS IN GRAIN, COLOR, TEXTURE, PATTERN, OR OTHER NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS, AND SUCH NATURAL VARIATIONS ARE NOT NECESSARILY CONSIDERED PRODUCT DEFECTS.
